Therapist & Patient Interviews
I started by doing some general research to gather information's about counseling and psychology and their overall challenges.
General Research!
The research was like a flexible step-by-step process. Different parts could be worked on simultaneously, or steps could be revisited if necessary.
At the project's outset, the focus was on determining exactly what the app needed to do. As the sole contributor to this project, I had to make decisions about how the app would function, especially since the project requirements and strategy were not fully defined at that point.
A significant amount of time was spent ensuring clarity, given that I was the only person working on the project. Communication efforts extended to various individuals both within and outside the project, such as mental health professionals, patients, and design experts.

Reflection
Reflecting on the WellSpring project, I noticed how crucial it is for mental health apps to stay reliable and bring happiness to users. When problems popped up, I jumped in to make the WellSpring app more steady and user-friendly for people seeking mental health support. This reflection reminded me to always care about users and keep making the app work better.
"Happy users are super important for a good mental health support app."
As I worked on the design, it hit me how making users happy is a big deal. I changed my focus to make sure users have a good experience when they use the app for mental health support. Even with challenges, finding joy in fixing things and appreciating users who use the app made the whole project feel great.
